Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing and Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Adna Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand, as well as ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote the hotel’s brand, increase occupancy, and drive revenue.
- Manage social media presence: Maintain and enhance the hotel’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with design team: Work with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze market trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budget: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving ROI goals.
Guest Relations
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and positive experience at the hotel.
- Manage guest feedback: Collect, analyze, and respond to guest feedback, using insights to improve hotel services and amenities.
- Develop and implement loyalty programs: Create and execute loyalty programs to reward repeat guests and encourage loyalty.
- Collaborate with front-of-house team: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.
- Manage guest complaints: Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that issues are addressed and guests are satisfied.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field: A degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience: Proven experience in marketing and guest relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong marketing and communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Guest-focused mindset: A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.
