Adron Homes’ National Retreat inspires leaders with strategic insights for achieving ambitious 2025 goals through innovation and efficiency

[dropcap]A[/dropcap]dron Homes has kicked off its highly anticipated week-long National Retreat, themed “The CEO’s Retreat: Beyond and Above 2025.”

Held on 12th January 2025, the event aims to strengthen leadership skills and strategic growth as the company gears up for its ambitious 2025 goals.

The retreat featured a series of transformative sessions led by Adron Homes’ leadership team, comprising seasoned industry experts. Participants gained valuable insights to elevate their professional impact and align with the company’s vision.

Chairman and CEO, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, delivered an inspiring session on Transformational Leadership, Performance Optimisation, and Human Capital Development.

He emphasised the power of commitment as the cornerstone of success, stating, “The greatest secret to performance is commitment.”

His message motivated directors and CEOs to embrace dedication in their leadership roles.

Vice Chairman and CEO, Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking, presented a compelling training on “Frugality: Resource Efficiency for Individuals and Companies.” She shared actionable strategies for maximising resources, linking frugality to creativity and efficiency.

Drawing from biblical principles, she urged participants to discern between “bread and seed” in every fund, stressing the importance of prudent cost assessment before embarking on projects.

Managing Director Adenike Ajobo led a session titled “Empowering Leaders to Inspire, Motivate, and Manage Diverse Teams Effectively Beyond Uncertainties.”

Her engaging presentation equipped participants with the tools to foster innovation, resilience, and adaptability in today’s dynamic business environment.

Director General of Customer Service, Aminat Hasstrup, concluded with a powerful session on Business Performance Assessment, Business Process Reengineering, and Industry Positioning.

She highlighted the significance of continuous improvement and strategic positioning to maintain Adron Homes’ leadership in the competitive real estate sector.

The retreat reinforced Adron Homes’ commitment to visionary leadership, resource efficiency, and innovation.
