Gafar, a multiple award-winning actor and movie producer, portrays one of the lieutenants of Omoba Kuranga, the prince and warlord from Ede.
Although his role may seem minor, it’s evident that he’s the most vocal and physically imposing among them.
One significant scene stands out; he’s responsible for delivering the blow that humbles the ambitious and ruthless Bashorun, portrayed by Owobo Ogunde. He is the brave soldier that hold down the dreaded Bashorun for other surviving lieutenants to mark him with their knives before he finally succumbs to his death.
This comes as no surprise, considering his professionalism in script interpretation and his ability to seamlessly embody any character, earning him the admiration of colleagues and producers alike in Nigeria’s competitive movie industry.
The producer, who now boasts six films to his credit, has been a stalwart in the movie industry for over fifteen years.
