The Director-General of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Dr. Olalekan Fadolapo, President, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Idy Enang, and other erudite speakers will be at the mediaReach OMD Top Trends in Marketing Communications, 2024 webinar slated for Thursday, 25th January.

mediaReach OMD, the nation’s foremost independent media agency, is collaborating with Lagos Business School (LBS) and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) to unveil the most significant trends and consumer insights that will shape the Marketing Communications industry in 2024 at the event with the theme “Top Trends in 2024: Media, Consumer & Markets,” holding for the third year in a row.

Other speakers at the event with extensive knowledge of the industry dynamics include the Professor of Marketing at Lagos Business School, Professor Uchenna Uzo; General Manager, Showmax, Opeyemi Filani; Director & Chief Revenue Officer, TVC Communications, Ronan Redmond; and a Consumer Insights Professional, Titilope Akanmu.

Building on the success of the series, the third edition aims to further strengthen the collaboration between key industry players and serve as a beacon for businesses and other stakeholders in the marketing communications sector. The focus will be on providing insights into the media, consumers, and marketing landscape, addressing a wide array of crucial areas that captivate the interest of marketing communication professionals nationwide.

Dr. Fadolapo, who will deliver the keynote address, will explore various issues impacting the marketing communication sector and the drivers that stimulate growth and inspire high business performance.

Reflecting on the event, Mr Stephen Oluwatoyin Onaivi, Managing Director, mediaReach OMD, shared that the esteemed panelists would delve into pivotal issues across diverse business verticals and discuss how organizations can innovatively harness their resources to boost productivity. “The panelists will dissect changes in consumer habits, newly emerging market segments, budgeting strategies, marketing planning metrics, and the evolving media landscape,” he said.

Being a significant cross-industry educational platform, TOP TRENDS IN 2024 is anticipated to draw in major marketing players, leading clients, media owners, advertisers, and marketing enthusiasts.
