Barcelona continued their perfect start to La Liga with a commanding 5-1 victory at Villarreal on Sunday. Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha both scored twice, showcasing Barcelona’s attacking prowess.

However, the match was overshadowed by a potentially serious knee injury to goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who had to be stretchered off the field.
Lewandowski opened the scoring in the 20th minute after receiving a pass from Pablo Torre. He doubled his tally shortly before halftime, converting a rebound after a save from Villarreal’s goalkeeper, Diego Conde.
Ayoze Perez pulled one back for Villarreal shortly before the break, but Barcelona’s dominance was evident throughout.
