Mr. Gbenga Awoyale, President of Orisun Igbomina, a Kwara State-based organization, has hailed the proposed building of a flyover at the Tanke roundabout along the always-bustling university of Ilorin route.
According to Awoyale, the state government’s proposal to build the flyover will alleviate the road’s regular traffic congestion.
He said that the development will also benefit the area’s and neighboring villages’ socioeconomic growth, bemoaning the wasted man-hour due to traffic jams on the route.
He urged Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to ignore the critics of the project and ensure that the contractor begins work on the flyover and completes it in record time.
