Whether your home gym equipment is well used or just sitting there making you feel guilty, you can easily put it to good use for an “extra” workout. Sure, the calorie burn may be small, but the reward gains will be so swol. Remember: Regular gym rules still apply, so when you’re done, wipe that shit down!

1. The Wild Pony

Lie with your stomach over a large exercise ball and your hands on the floor. Your partner should enter you from behind from a standing position. (If there’s a height issue, they can bend their knees or lift your legs wheelbarrow-style to get themselves where they need to be.) See if you can get a sexy, back-and-forth rhythm going—just don’t be surprised when the ball throws in a few unexpected moves of its own.

2. The Dive Bar

Hang from a chin-up bar suspended in a door frame, then wrap your legs around your partner’s hips. Rock back and forth against them while they use their own upper-body strength to hold your ass up. This is not good for leisurely sex unless you happen to have mega stamina. But it is pretty impressive for an urgent quickie.

3. The Treadmill Split

Hop up onto your treadmill (which is unplugged and preferably steadily placed against a wall), putting a leg over each arm rest so your pelvis is suspended in air. Your partner should slide into you like they would an easy jog on this thing. To help you maintain your balance, have them grab and hold on to your butt, pulling you in closer as they thrust for distance.

4. The Anti-Gravity Ball

Lie back onto a large yoga ball, putting your legs over your partner’s shoulders. Let your head fall back and arms go limp on the floor as you enjoy an amazing session of weightless oral. Let bae be in charge of keeping you steady. They won’t mind at all—the position is way easier on their neck/back and gives them a killer view.

5. Yoga Strap Bondage

Get your partner on their hands and knees and restrain them with your yoga straps, binding their wrists and then knees together. Get behind them and stroke their external hot spots, then stop, teasing them until they can’t handle it anymore. Feel free to experiment here: Tease them with your fingers or a vibrator or play with yourself using your favorite toy in front of them—but they’re not allowed to touch you.
