Youths in Niger State have taken to the streets to protest against the increasing economic hardship in Nigeria.
Demonstrators, wielding placards with messages such as ‘Enough is Enough,’ ‘Stop Anti-Masses Policies,’ and ‘Hardship Is Unbearable,’ voiced their frustration with the current state of affairs.

Their march, which traversed the Abuja-Kaduna expressway in Suleja Local Government Area, saw protesters chanting anti-government slogans and calling for the reinstatement of fuel subsidies.
This protest reflects a growing dissatisfaction among Nigerian citizens over the economic policies perceived as exacerbating their living conditions.
The demand for the return of fuel subsidies highlights the significant financial strain many are enduring.
When contacted the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for Niger State Command, Wasiu Abiodun, requested additional time to verify the situation.
As of the report, there has been no further response regarding the ongoing situation.
