Ogun APC suspension controversy

Chief Adewale Adesina, the Babaloja of Ogun State, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, CON, the Executive Governor of Ogun State, on the occasion of his 64th birthday on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

In a statement released to the press, Chief Adesina, who is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Western Group of Companies, celebrated both Governor Abiodun’s birthday and his significant five-year tenure as the state’s leader. Fondly known as Mr. Wale Saranda, the esteemed businessman praised Governor Abiodun’s administration for its remarkable achievements in infrastructure development throughout Ogun State.

Highlighting the governor’s transformative impact on Yewaland, Chief Adesina noted improvements in roads, schools, hospitals, and clinics that have significantly enhanced the quality of life for the residents. He also commended the governor’s swift actions in providing various palliatives to mitigate the effects of the fuel subsidy removal, describing it as a compassionate gesture that has significantly reduced the hardships faced by the people of Ogun State, especially in Yewaland.

Reflecting on the governor’s dedication and accomplishments, Chief Adesina expressed profound pride and gratitude for his leadership. He extended his prayers for continued wisdom and good health for Governor Abiodun as he guides Ogun State to greater heights.

“Dear Governor, at 64, you remain in excellent shape. Age is just a number; it is the heart that truly defines one’s age. Your life is an inspiration to us all, and on this special day, I wish you boundless happiness and joy. May you celebrate this birthday and all future ones surrounded by your loved ones and family. May your cheerfulness and confidence never waver, your health remains robust, and your youthful spirit stay vibrant. Happy birthday, Sir!”
