Nollywood actress, Doris Ogala alleged that Jasmine and Ibu’s sons were arrested at Alagbon Police Station, where they have since been detained.

She claimed that Mr Ibu’s wife had ordered the arrest of Jasmine for allegedly moving 300 million out of the actor’s account. According to reports, Mr Ibu’s wife allegedly wanted them to buy her a new house from the money contributed to her husband’s treatment.

However, the investigation showed that the money contributed wasn’t up to 300 million.

“Jasmine and Ibu’s sons were arrested at Alagbon Police Station. They are detained there.

Ibu’s wife alleged that Jasmine moved 300 million out of the account Ibu’s wife allegedly wanted them to buy her new house from the money contributed so far for Ibu’s treatments. That’s why she arrested Jasmine. But investigation states that the money contributed isn’t even up to 300 million”.

Taking to the comment section, many expressed disappointment at how the family is embarrassing the actor online.

One Dats Me Marilyn wrote, “Mr Ibu and his family wahala dey give person headache

One Dear Valerie wrote, “I sha pity this Mr Ibu. Both his wife and child and so-called Jasmine are useless to him. How can a man be in a sick bed and all his family is thinking of is the money that was contributed for his medical care? God abeg, let’s not marry rubbish and still adopt rubbish

One Siyan Bola wrote, “Inside this family and Mohbad family, I no know who useless pass

One Shaw Ngrey wrote, “The way a man lays his bed, so shall he lie in it. Na old age dem dey know man wey put him, family, in order from young

One Jenny Smith wrote, “These people know get shame, money contributed for Mr Ibu’s health the course problem. Na wa oo like this nah people nor go contribute again

One Prisxtian wrote, “Eiiii. Problem no come too much like this

One Chika Oloyede wrote, “This CSSE fit end in Netflix. Movie producers pay close attention to this case. Na wa ooo”.

It is no longer news that Mr Ibu’s home is in chaos as the family publicly battles over his donation.

According to Gistlover, his wife wants to take over the donation money to fund her lavish lifestyle as she is always talking about buying an iPhone 15 and new cars.

The blog also claimed that Mr Ibu’s wife had used her account to get N1 million from the donation.

Reacting to it, Stella Maris alleged that Jasmine was trying to make her an outsider in her marriage. Describing her statement as malicious, she vowed to address Jasmine’s excessive interference in her family affairs and other related matters.

Refuting her claims, Mr Ibu’s son, Daniel revealed that he is the one in charge of the actor’s account. According to him, he is the signatory to the account and his next of kin.

He stated that there was no truth in Stella Maris’ allegations as Jasmine didn’t have access to his account.

Recall that John Okafor has been hospitalized for weeks now and had spent his 66th birthday in the hospital and is currently battling for life.

The Nollywood icon has undergone 7 successful surgeries and had one of his legs amputated.

This drama is coming less than a year after they made headlines for publicly clashing over his property.

His wife, Stella had cried out for help over Jasmine’s ploy to dupe her husband, who she claimed was suffering from dementia.

She went on to narrate her ordeal in the hands of Jasmine. However, they were able to settle their marital issue, thanks to the intervention of the police and to avoid future altercations, Jasmine was made his manager and was ordered to take directives and instructions from Stella.
