Lagos Permanent Secretary Mrs Abiola Kosegbe celebrated her retirement and 60th birthday today
[dropcap]M[/dropcap]rs Abiola Kosegbe, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in Lagos State, was celebrated today, the 25th of April 2025, as she marked her statutory retirement and her 60th birthday with a thanksgiving service.

The celebratory events commenced at 11 am at the Chapel of Christ the Light, situated in the Central Business District of Alausa, Ikeja.
Family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers gathered to honour Kosegbe’s dedicated service and milestone birthday.
Following the thanksgiving service, a reception was held at the prestigious Victoria Gardens Event Centre, also located in Alausa, Ikeja.
Attendees adhered to a vibrant purple colour code, adding a touch of regal elegance to the occasion.
Her career as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has been marked by significant contributions to the Lagos State government. Her leadership and expertise in a crucial sector have been widely recognised.
