'Gruesome!' Celebrity chef murdered, stripped naked

Chef Emeka an Abuja celebrity chef was gruesomely murdered and stripped naked.

The assassination of Emeka Eloagu at his Abuja home has plunged the city into sadness.
Chef Emeka, as he is known, was a Grande Diplomé in culinary and patisserie alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
He was known for fusing French techniques with Nigerian dishes.

The cause of his death has not been determined as of the time of posting this story, but the 35-year-old was reportedly found dead by his wife at their Abuja property, stripped naked, tied up, and strangled to death by unknown persons who broke into his home in the middle of the night.

The Federal Capital Territory police spokesperson, Mariam Yusuf, confirmed the occurrence, adding that the police are still monitoring the situation and have not yet determined the cause of death.

“Chef Emeka believes in the artistry of food,” the late chef once declared about himself during his lifetime. He believes that delicious food brings people and places closer together and is an important part of cultural history. He enjoys learning and traveling across the world.”
