Nigerian young footballing prospect, Ukaki Success, has spoken of the early challenges he has encountered since moving to Europe.
Ukaki Success, a defender for FDC Vista in the Russian lower leagues has spoken out about the difficulties he has endured since moving to Russia. The product of Collins Edwin Sports Club has said that the weather and food are what he is trying to adapt to.
“My first challenge in Russia is the cold weather and food. But I thank God I am still pushing it and believing in my dreams,” the 17-years disclosed.
“I have played a couple of games here and I am enjoying it. The experience has been good so far. When I’m on the pitch I always give my best and I always try to stay focused on the game.”
The promising right-back says it has always been his dream to play in Europe and that he is looking to make the most of his time in Russia. Success has lofty ambitions for his career and hopes to turn out for bigger clubs and to play for the Nigerian Super Eagles in the future.
“When I was in Nigeria I always dreamed of coming to Europe. Now I’m here in Russia. My dream is to see myself playing in a bigger club in Europe and to represent my country Nigeria.”
