The video showed an altercation involving Benson-Awoyinka, Qudus Onikeku, and a group of people, during which the commissioner was heard requesting their removal from the premises.

However, sources familiar with the incident clarified that the altercation stemmed from the eviction of an illegal tenant who resisted vacating the premises.
The claims by Sahara Reporters was dismissed as misleading and emphasised her commitment to upholding the rule of law.
