‘It’s pertinent to have top quality’ Mouka joins National Sports Festival as official bedding partner

Nilayo Sports Management Limited, marketing consultants for the Delta 2022 National Sports Festival has announced a partnership with MOUKA, which has become the official bedding partner of the festival.

Chief Executive Officer of NSML, Bukola Olopade who confirmed the partnership said it’s pertinent to have top quality sleep products at an event of that magnitude.

He said “It gives me great pleasure to announce this new partnership with MOUKA, their perfected design, advanced technology, top quality and superb comfort is what makes MOUKA the perfect bedding partner, we are confident that this is a flawless synergy”

Olopade added that “Athletes participating will constantly be on the move travelling, competing and training, it is important that they sleep well, MOUKA is constantly innovating to ensure that people can always count on them for a good night’s sleep, and this is the reason why we chose to partner with the brand”

On his part, the Head of Marketing, MOUKA, Tolu Olanipekun said “MOUKA is Nigeria’s leading brand of mattresses, pillows and other sleep products endorsed by the Nigerian Society of Physiotherapy (NSP) and the National Association of Orthopaedic and Manual Therapists (NAOMT).

“We have been adding comfort to the lives of Nigerians since 1959 through our top quality products, which aid quality sleep and marketing activities that advocate prioritising quality sleep for proper body function and well-being”.

“When we received the proposal for Delta 2022, we knew we had to participate, We at MOUKA see this as an amazing platform to create even more awareness about the importance of a healthy sleep culture for quality performance in sports.

“We are proud to state that all athletes at the Delta 2022 sports festival will enjoy quality sleep on our MOUKA products so they can sleep well, wake up refreshed and ready to perform each day”.

A household name in every Nigerian home, MOUKA was founded in 1959 by the Moukarim family in Kano, however in 2021, the company was acquired by Morocco based Dolidol International Group, this opened a new vista of expertise and technological innovation for the MOUKA brand, MOUKA’s vision is to become the market leader in the sleep industry in Africa.

The National Sports Festival is a biennial multi-sport event organized by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the National Sports Commission for athletes from the 36 States of Nigeria.

Delta State is known for its proactive sports atmosphere.

Delta won the highest number of medals at the 20th edition of the National Sports Festival held in Edo state and the state is ready to deliver the best National Sports Festival since inception, by uniting Nigeria and inspiring new generation
