The Chairman of ‘Kunle Ajayi Foundation on Thursday, 7th May, 2021 was full of praise for the Muslim faithfuls of Iwajowa LGA communities and its environs for the peace, calmness and love exhibited in the Holy month of Ramadan and urges continued adherence to the tenets of Islam for progressive society.

Hon. Kunle Ajayi who hails from Iwere-Ile in Iwajowa Local Government of Oyo State extends love for the great people of his constituency during the Ramadan by distributing food items to a number of old and widows.

While addressing the press, Hon. Kunle Ajayi said, “the Holy month of Ramadan is very important to the adherents of Islam as it is a period of pure reflection and sacrifice whereby they seek forgiveness and spiritual renewal. The season is also significant as they use it to help the needy.” He added, “and so, I decided to identify with my people by sharing in their burden and to make the Ramadan festival a very glorious and memorable one.”

“I want to urge them to continue to exhibit the virtues they have shown during Ramadan, and continue extending love to all, irrespective of ethnic or religious affiliation, as that is what can guarantee a healthy and progressive society. ”

Hon. Kunle urges the people at this crucial time in our Nation and existence, to cultivate the culture of feeding the hungry, helping the needy, refraining from making inflammatory or negative comments about our Nation Nigeria and we should learn to forgive one another and live in harmony. This virtue, he said, will bring about social re-engineering that will birth a New Nation for Nigerians.
