Nasir El-Rufai APC clash intensifies as the ruling party condemns the former Kaduna governor’s actions following his defection to SDP and subsequent expulsion
The Nasir El-Rufai APC clash escalated on Friday as the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) fired back at the former Kaduna State governor.

In a sharp post on its official X handle, APC accused El-Rufai of living a future he had predicted for himself.
Calling him a “stellar example of pointing one finger at others with four pointing back,” the party dismissed El-Rufai’s criticisms as hollow noise masking deeper issues.
El-Rufai, once a founding member of the APC, defected to the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in March, only to be expelled and banned from the SDP for 30 years in July.
