Lavolta Stars, an Afrocentric music band, has released the video for its single ‘Wetin Dey Occur’. It’s a beautiful production for a track inspired by the need to soothe the world’s pain as a result of the novel coronavirus.

The visual followed exactly six months after the audio was released.

Wetin Dey Occur, released on June 26, 2020, has enjoyed considerable airplay since then and has indeed lived up to shinning light into the darkest period the world could be passing through at the moment.

Lavolta Stars, which is an assemblage of seasoned and dynamic musicians and instrumentalists with the passion and drive for quality music, visually project the need for the divine power to look down and provide the needed succour to heal the world.

The band was formed back in 2017 with the sole aim of providing good music and has produced beautiful songs like When the Music Plays, which has been topping the Internet Top 40’s chart for over three weeks now and Agbedegbeyoni, which brings to your ears a baritone tune of classic sounds, providing a great alternative to the euphoria of Afropop of today, linking the rich sounds of yesteryears to the contemporary music of today.

The new Wetin Dey Occur video brings to practice the need to always observe safety rules as the world waits on the Almighty to press ‘reset’.

Enjoy video below.
