The ceremony, held at his Abule Egba residence, was attended by notable figures, including actor Saidi Balogun and gospel musicians Genesis, Wale Dada, and Femi Solar.

Nigerian gospel singer Dele Agbeyo, popularly known as Dele Gold, was laid to rest on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at his residence in Abule Egba, Lagos.
Dele Gold, who hailed from Usi in Ekiti State, passed away on September 11, 2024, following a brief illness. His burial was attended by several prominent personalities, including Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun and fellow gospel musicians Genesis, Wale Dada, and Femi Solar.
Dele Gold, also affectionately referred to as The Miliki Gospel King, left a lasting legacy in the Nigerian gospel music scene.
