Several Nigerians have alleged that the popular comedian, Oluwaseyitan Lawrence Aletile, has been compensated for consistently defending the administration of President Bola Tinubu by the Ondo State government.

Popularly known as Seyi Law, he took to his social media handle to share the news of his appointment and his acceptance letter as the Senior Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor on Entertainment and Tourism.
“Thank you to His Excellency, @LuckyAiyedatiwa, for this appointment. May God help us to help you achieve your great visions for Ondo State,” he wrote.
In reaction to the development, while congratulatory messages kept pouring in, many critics are of the opinion that he was deserving and only received the appointment as compensation.
However, Aletile expressed his profound honour and gratitude for this significant appointment, highlighting it as a recognition of his contributions to the entertainment industry and a testament to the Governor’s trust and confidence in him.
