‘One good term…’ Team TW4Sanwo launched as second term bid gathers momentum (Video, Photos)

In a bid at entrenching good governance in the state, Team TW4Sanwo has joined the increasing support groups working to ensure that incumbent government in Lagos State emerged victorious in the forthcoming 2023 election.

TW4Sanwo, which stands for Thinkers & Workers 4 Sanwo, was launched on Friday, July 15, 2022 when Kayode Alfred, a serial entrepreneur and media practitioner, led twenty other successful and progressive Lagosians with one mission in mind.

The mission, according to the co-cordinator of the group, Victor Ganzallo, to support in propagating the good works that the state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has been carrying out.

“We felt that it’s not enough for us to sit back in our homes and make comments on social media. So we decided that we can come together to contribute our own quota by influencing his campaign and second term aspiration,” Ganzallo said.

A sports entrepreneur, creative writer and crypto enthusiast, Ganzallo revealed to Freelanews that the group is independent of any political affiliation or campaign group.

“Team TW4Sanwo is purely self funded by young and comfortable men that you see here today and we still have a lot of people that have indicated interests in joining us,” he stated.

The spokesperson, Ayobami Ladipo, a media consultant and publisher, stated that the move became necessary because the state governor has performed beyond expectation.

“When a child performs diligently at school, it’s expected that the parents support him in attaining more success. It’s time to lend our supports and give him every push necessary for a successful 2023 election,” Ladipo said.

While unveiling the paraphernalia of the group, it was revealed that the strategy is to evangelise the good works of the governor to every nooks and crannies of the state in order to ensure that Lagosians are convinced on the reasons the incumbent governor should be returned.

Sanwo-Olu, who defeated an incumbent governor during APC primary election in 2019 to lead Lagos State, would be facing off with the candidate of People Democratic Party, PDP, Olajide Adediran, in 2023 in a bid to secure his second term in office.
