The directive was disclosed by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, after a caucus meeting in Abuja on Thursday.

The gathering drew senior party leaders and high-profile opposition figures.
Abdullahi explained that while some politicians have already moved to the ADC since the coalition was launched on 2 July as a platform to challenge President Bola Tinubu in 2027, many have remained in their old parties.
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, for instance, has quit the Peoples Democratic Party but is yet to formally register with the ADC.
Likewise, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, along with several others, continues to hold membership in their original parties despite active involvement in coalition activities.
According to Abdullahi, internal disputes concerning the African Democratic Association have now been resolved.
He stressed that all presidential aspirants under the coalition have agreed to rally behind the eventual winner of the ADC primary.
He added that the National Working Committee will soon release the timetable for primaries in Osun and Ekiti States ahead of off-cycle governorship elections.
Present at the caucus meeting were National Chairman David Mark, Atiku Abubakar, National Secretary Rauf Aregbesola, former Kaduna State governor Nasir el-Rufai, former Sokoto State governor Aminu Tambuwal, former Kwara State governor Abdulfatai Ahmed, and former Rivers State governor Chibuike Amaechi.
Notably absent, however, was Peter Obi.
