PalmPay Consumer-Friendly Business Award recognition has once again affirmed the digital banking platform’s growing reputation as a champion of user-focused financial services.

The fintech firm was honoured with the Consumer-Friendly Business of the Year 2025 award at the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA) annual Consumer Service Week and Awards Ceremony.
The event took place at the Adeyemi Bero Hall, Alausa, Ikeja, and celebrated brands demonstrating excellence in consumer welfare and rights.
PalmPay’s win acknowledges its consistent delivery of secure, reliable, and inclusive financial solutions, as well as its outstanding customer support and fraud protection measures.
Speaking on the award, PalmPay’s Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Opara Onyinyechi, said:

The award from LASCOPA reinforces PalmPay’s role in driving financial inclusion, especially in underserved communities.
