Prime Events Magazine marks 10th anniversary with PERA 2024 Awards gala

PERA 2024 celebrates excellence with top dignitaries, awardees, and thrilling performances by Lanre Teriba and King Ogeyemi Kameleon.

[dropcap]P[/dropcap]reparations are in full swing as Prime Events International Magazine celebrates its 10th Anniversary alongside the 6th edition of the PERA Awards.

The grand event is set to take place at the Banquet Hall, Lagos Airport Hotel, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, on Sunday, 24 November 2024.

The prestigious awards ceremony will welcome a host of dignitaries, including:

  • Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Executive Governor of Lagos State, as the host governor.
  • His Imperial Majesty Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ooni of Ife, and Olori Mariam Ogunwusi, the event’s Life Patrons.
  • Prince Kayode and Princess Dr Toyin Kolade, Iyalaje Oodua.
  • High Chief Steve Ajose, Kiniun Onile Oodua and Chairman of PERA.

Traditional leaders such as Oba Akinola Akinrera, Olubosin of Ifetedo Kingdom, and HRH Ambassador Olusegun Aderemi of Aramoko Ekiti, will also grace the event.

This year’s PERA Awards will recognise excellence across various sectors, with notable honourees including:

  • Dr Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries.
  • Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe, Prophet-in-Charge, CCC Genesis Global.
  • Senator Ajagunla Olubiyi Fadeyi, Osun State.
  • Mrs Folashade Kadiri, Director of Public Affairs, LAWMA.
  • Kunle Rasheed, veteran media icon.

Awardees also include accomplished entrepreneurs, religious leaders, and public figures such as Mrs Damilola Okesola, MD/CEO of JDSOCouture, and Mrs Omotola Lawal-Iredia, MD/CEO of Tolito Fashion House.

Renowned gospel artist Lanre Teriba (Atorise) and Fuji maestro Azeez Ogede Olayemi (King Ogeyemi Kameleon) will headline the entertainment. The unique and energetic Sapphire Dance group will also deliver a captivating performance.

The PERA 2024 Awards Gala promises to be an unforgettable evening of recognition, music, and cultural celebration.
