In a move reflecting its customer-centric values, PWAN Max has provided a transparent progress report on ongoing allocation resolutions.
The update came amid rising public interest regarding land allocation. Dr. Augustine Onwumere, Chairman of PWAN Group, took decisive action by releasing a public video statement.
He encouraged all subscribers facing challenges to come forward directly. This open approach has been widely praised for restoring confidence and demonstrating the Group’s willingness to engage directly with its clients.
More than 120 complaints were submitted following this appeal. Each case has been meticulously reviewed by PWAN’s dedicated resolution taskforce.
As of the time of reporting, 82 allocations have been successfully finalised. The company confirmed that it has resolved over 80% of the total reported issues.
Dr. Onwumere remarked, “Many of the concerns are not about lack of allocation but relate to second visits and clarification of allocated plots.
Most of these are located in developing areas outside major cities, which is common with affordable, high-yield estate offerings.”
PWAN acknowledges the difficulties of site access in remote areas and is now exploring digital tools, including mapping solutions, to simplify the site identification process.
The company believes that technology will play a key role in improving future client engagement and satisfaction.
Clients are strongly encouraged to take immediate acts of possession, such as fencing their plots. Doing so deters encroachment, confirms boundaries, and helps avoid future confusion.
PWAN has introduced the “Fence Your Plot” campaign, promoting this message across all estate locations.
Thousands of allottees have already taken possession and are in the process of developing their properties. For a small number of clients facing documentation or title-related issues, a reallocation framework is in place to provide alternative plots of equal or greater value.
PWAN stressed the importance of completing all paperwork and financial obligations to avoid unnecessary delays.
Clients residing abroad are advised to update their contact information on official PWAN platforms to maintain smooth communication. Clear, ongoing contact enables the resolution team to provide timely updates and reduce bottlenecks.
In response to misleading social media narratives, PWAN addressed allegations made by Mr. Scott Iguma, who claimed wrongdoing by the Group.
The company invited him repeatedly to present evidence but none was submitted. Legal and law enforcement channels have since been engaged to address the spread of misinformation.
PWAN emphasises that the public should trust only information released through official company channels. Transparency and factual communication remain core to the Group’s ethos.
The Group also maintains strong relationships with traditional leaders, host communities, and State Governments.
These partnerships are essential for continued estate development and community integration. PWAN believes that sustainable growth must include meaningful collaboration with all stakeholders.
With the PWAN land allocation update now in full swing, the company has reaffirmed its position as a trustworthy force in Nigeria’s real estate landscape.
Clients are invited to reach out through verified phone lines, websites, and social platforms to resolve any outstanding matters.
