Randal Kolo Muani is set to join Tottenham Hotspur on a season-long loan from Paris Saint-Germain, after the two clubs reached a full agreement.
The deal, confirmed on Deadline Day, is a straight loan with no option or obligation to buy at this stage.
The France international is already en route to London to complete his medical and finalize personal terms with Spurs.
Kolo Muani, 25, had struggled to find regular playing time at PSG, particularly after the club’s recent influx of attacking options.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus, where he showed glimpses of his quality but returned to Paris without a clear role under Luis Enrique.
The move to Tottenham offers a fresh start for the striker, who was previously linked with Premier League sides including West Ham and Chelsea.
“Randal is an exciting talent with pace, strength, and technical ability he adds depth to our attack,” a Spurs club source said.

With Ange Postecoglou keen on tactical flexibility and attacking options, Kolo Muani’s arrival could provide much-needed support for Spurs’ frontline in both domestic and European campaigns.
