‘Remember Caesarea Philippi?’ Nigerian lawyer mocks Rev. Oyedepo over leg-grabbing incident (Photo)

A human-right lawyer and Nigerian politician, Kayode Ajulo, has jived the founder and senior preacher of Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo, over a leg-grabbing incident that occurred in his church recently.

Recall that a desperate man was seen in a viral video grabbing the leg of clergyman on the altar during a sermon.

Freelanews gathered that the bizarre event took place two Sundays prior to the recently concluded Shiloh 2021 program on Sunday, December 12.

In the viral video, Bishop Oyedepo was addressing the congregation when a man breached security protocol to grab the clergyman’s leg while he was on the pulpit. The intentions of the man were uncertain as the security personnel were able to control the tense moment.

Several reactions had trailed the incident and Ajulo decided to add his voice to the video as he wrote on his social media page and knocked the man of God for allowing his security aides to beat the man.

“Whereas in Caesarea Philippi, the Woman with the issue of Blood received instant healing for touching our Savior garment, in Nigeria, a man was savagely beaten for touching his Bishop’s feet. -#kayodeAjulo #instablog9ja #daddyfreeze #tundeednut #jesuschrist #jesus #faith #faithful,” he wrote.
