One thing the previous government of the former governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode, would always be known for was the giant stride recorded in the area of transport system in the state, particularly the Oshodi Transport Interchange. It reputed to be a world-class bus terminal, which is also the biggest in Nigeria and West Africa.
And with the continuation tendency imbibed in the new government in Lagos led by Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the bus terminal continues to grow in strength as it adds new routes almost everyday, allowing passengers to travel far and wide around the country.
The latest being the addition of trip to eastern part of Nigeria and the passengers were full of praise for the vision.
“After d initial delays ..Buses re loading to d East from Oshodi Transport Interchange…now. Passengers re happy Nd delighted… We thank God for d Vision.. through u Sir,” one passenger wrote (sic) in gratitude.
