Reacting to the accusations, Adeyinka took to her official Facebook handle to vehemently deny the charges against her.
In a defiant post, she asserted her innocence and expressed her determination to continue her philanthropic endeavors despite facing legal challenges.
“WHEN YOU ARE INNOCENT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED! MY HUMANITARIAN WORK THAT IS HURTING MY ENEMIES WILL CONTINUE! HELPING THE LESS PRIVILEGED IS INBUILT FOR ME. NO ONE WILL INTIMIDATE ME,” she declared.
Adeyinka went on to criticize the alleged perpetrators of the accusations against her, accusing them of resorting to falsehoods and malicious acts. She claimed that those behind the purported petitions had engaged in cyberbullying themselves, even going as far as sharing her private images online.
“THE PEOPLE THAT ARE WRITING FAKE PETITIONS AGAINST ME HAS DONE WORSE ON THIS SOCIAL MEDIA! WHAT WAS DONE TO THEM? THEY WENT AS FAR AS SHARING MY NUDITY! WHAT HAPPENED TO MY COUNTER PETITION? EVERYTHING THEY WROTE IN THEIR PETITION WERE ALL LIES!” she exclaimed.
Expressing her bewilderment at the situation, Adeyinka questioned the notion that her humanitarian work could be construed as a criminal offense. “I DIDN’T KNOW THAT HELPING THE LESS PRIVILEGED IS NOW A CRIME?🤷🏽♀️,” she wrote.
In her closing remarks, Adeyinka called for an end to intimidation and abuse of power. “SAY NO TO INTIMIDATION, CONNECTION AND POWER. E KARO O🤩,” she concluded.
