Tiwa Savage drags Naijashimadun in a fiery social media video after the media personality accused her of being blacklisted and suggested her new album failed to perform because she had not supported upcoming female artistes.

The clash began after the release of One is Personal on August 29, 2025. The 15-track album her first full-length project since 2020’s Celia struggled to break into the top 100 charts despite her star power.
Expressing her disappointment, Tiwa Savage hinted at “darkness and evil people” in the industry frustrating her progress.
Seizing on that, Naijashimadun recorded a video claiming the singer had failed in her duty to mentor younger artistes, insisting she had been “blacklisted” and calling the project a flop.
Tiwa Savage, clearly upset, recorded a clapback from the airport on her way to New York. In the video, she branded Naijashimadun a “useless man” who uses social media ring lights to attack successful women.
“Sir, are you okay? Are you normal?” she asked, sarcastically addressing him with repeated “sir” references. Switching briefly into Yoruba, she added sharp words questioning his mental state.
The video has since gone viral, sparking mixed reactions across social media.
While some fans backed Tiwa Savage for standing her ground, others argued that Naijashimadun raised uncomfortable but important industry truths.
