Four years ago, Voltron was a highly respected security consultant, building a successful career across Lagos, Abuja, and Delta.
His imposing presence and dedication made him a symbol of safety and professionalism. He was the face of his own security firm, VOLTRON SECURITY.
Before his security career, Voltron was a celebrated actor and model in the 1990s, featuring in iconic Nigerian films such as Glamour Girls, Domitila (alongside Kate Henshaw), Broad Daylight, and Out of Bounds (featuring Richard Mofe-Damijo).
He was also a sought-after model for major billboards and TV shows, including MTN’s Nigeria Gladiators. He was also one of the founding pioneer members of Power Bikers Association in Nigeria called WEELLERS.

However, Voltron’s life took a dramatic turn on September 2nd, 2021. He was involved in a severe power bike accident in Ikeja, Lagos, sustaining multiple fractures to his right knee, leg, and pelvic bone.
The injuries have left him unable to walk properly, effectively ending his career in corporate security, a field that relied heavily on his physical capabilities.
As the head and frontline of his security firm, Voltron’s physical ability was integral to his brand and business. Since the accident, contracts have dried up, his business has collapsed, and he has been relying on the support of a few close friends.
Now, Voltron has an opportunity to regain his mobility and rebuild his life. Doctors have recommended a series of surgeries, including orthopedic reconstruction and rehabilitation therapy, at an estimated cost of ₦25 million (approximately $20,000 USD).
The surgery aims to enable him to walk unaided, restore his confidence, and allow him to return to his passion: providing professional security services.
A fundraising effort is underway, appealing to the generosity of the public, friends, former colleagues, and anyone moved by Voltron’s story.
Contributions of any amount are welcome, with the goal of helping “a man who once stood strong to protect others, rise again.”
