He also revealed the station’s expansion across Nigeria, London, and plans to establish operations in Atlanta soon.
In his remarks, Engr. Oyedele commended Dr. Momoh for his trailblazing leadership and the global recognition Channels TV continues to receive.
He noted that Momoh’s nomination stemmed from his “exceptional achievements and enduring impact in the media industry, both within Africa and beyond.”
Oyedele highlighted that the Platinum Award the first of its kind—would celebrate individuals of remarkable standing, adding that the Association was immensely proud to honour one of its own.
Following their discussions, Engr. Oyedele was hosted for an interview in the studio before Dr. Momoh led the delegation on a tour of the state-of-the-art studios, featuring robot-controlled cameras and advanced broadcast technology.
