A reliable source confirmed that she arrived in the country on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
Mrs. Ekweremadu, alongside her husband and Dr. Obinna Obeta, was convicted by a UK court on charges linked to organ trafficking.
The former Deputy Senate President was sentenced to 10 years in prison, while Mrs. Ekweremadu was given a six-year sentence for her involvement in the illicit activity.
