The latest episode of Nigerian Idol Season 10 delivered an emotional wave of talent, surprises and heartfelt performances, ending with two powerful voices Purp and Raymu advancing to the grand finale.

The night opened with the “Judges’ Choice” round. Purp impressed with Whitney Houston’s “Greatest Love of All,” a bold selection that showcased her grace and vocal command.
Lawrence followed with a tender take on Bruno Mars’ “When I Was Your Man,” stirring emotions in both the judges and audience.
Raymu lit up the stage with his rendition of Usher’s “Burn,” revealing both range and presence.
Mikki rounded out the round with a moving performance of “You Raise Me Up” by Josh Groban, drawing strong praise from the panel.

Moments later, Mikki was also voted out, reducing the competition to just Purp and Raymu, the final contenders.

In the final round—“Viewers’ Choice”—fans selected the songs. Raymu performed Sam Smith’s “Lay Me Down” with quiet intensity, earning strong praise from judge Omawumi, who said, “He shone through the night.”
Purp responded with Anita Baker’s “Sweet Love,” a vocally rich and soulful performance that highlighted her stage mastery. She delivered with poise and undeniable talent, sealing her place as a finalist to watch.
Before the show ended, Lawrence and Mikki returned for farewell performances. Lawrence offered a heartfelt rendition of “Bruises” by Lewis Capaldi, while Mikki closed with “We Are the World,” echoing unity and purpose.
