The Nollywood actress has called out the alleged stripping and public exposure of the woman, describing it as a clear violation of human dignity.
In a post shared via Instagram, Njoku made it clear that while she understood the need to offload a disruptive passenger, the method allegedly used was deeply inhumane.
“I understand removing her from the plane, that’s not the issue. What I cannot understand is stripping her while doing so and then putting it all over the internet,” she wrote.
The actress stressed that airport or airline staff are trained professionals and should never resort to dehumanizing actions, regardless of a passenger’s misconduct.
“I refuse to believe that dehumanizing someone, stripping a woman naked, and broadcasting it online is part of that training,” she added.
Njoku further stated that Comfort Emmanson deserves compensation for the damage done to her life and dignity, saying the viral footage has caused irreparable harm.
Her comments follow public criticism from other high-profile Nigerians, including Simi and Peter Obi, who also condemned both the incident and the actions taken by authorities.
