Bellingham, the 22-year-old Real Madrid midfielder, missed England’s October matches as he was recovering from shoulder surgery.

Foden, the Manchester City forward, returns to the squad for the first time since Tuchel’s initial camp in March.

England, already qualified for the 2026 World Cup in Canada, Mexico, and the United States, will play Serbia at Wembley next Thursday, followed by a trip to Albania three days later.

Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott leads the newcomers in the 25-man squad, joined by uncapped players Nico O’Reilly and Jarell Quansah.

Additionally, Adam Wharton and Nick Pope have been recalled, while Morgan Gibbs-White, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Myles Lewis-Skelly, James Trafford, and Ollie Watkins have dropped out.

Notably, Jack Grealish and Trent Alexander-Arnold are absent from the squad, with Tuchel opting not to recall them.

England secured qualification for next year’s tournament with a 5-0 victory over Latvia in Riga last month, giving Tuchel the chance to rotate the squad and introduce fresh talent.
