Adron Homes Lemon Friday Plus Promo

Adron Homes Lemon Friday Plus Promo 2025 offers land at 30% discount, flexible payments and festive rewards for aspiring homeowners across Nigeria

This year’s campaign allows subscribers to begin their journey to homeownership with deposits as low as ₦50,000.

Customers benefit from a 30% discount on land purchases and the option to spread the balance conveniently over 24 months.

Adron Homes estates span major cities and fast-growing communities in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Abuja (FCT), Nasarawa, Plateau, Osun and Niger States.

Each estate is planned with modern amenities such as steady power supply, paved roads, functional drainage, CCTV, 24-hour security, shopping malls, recreational centres and green spaces that encourage healthy lifestyles.

To make the season more rewarding, the company has also tied festive gifts to various deposit levels.

Bronze subscribers with deposits of ₦300,000 can choose between food hampers and a home theatre, while silver category investors at ₦500,000 receive larger food packages or a rechargeable fan.

Gold participants depositing ₦1 million enjoy even bigger bundles or household appliances, and diamond investors, committing ₦3.5 million on estates above ₦20 million before discount, walk away with a cow or a double-door refrigerator.

The promo runs between 7 July and 31 November 2025 for deposit instalments, while the campaign officially closes on 6 January 2026.

According to the company’s management, Lemon Friday Plus underscores Adron Homes’ mission to bridge the homeownership gap in Nigeria.

The Lemon Friday Plus Promo is our way of making December unforgettable for our customers.

We are not only offering affordable land ownership, but also giving families gifts that make the festive season brighter,” the management said.

Adron Homes has built a reputation for innovative payment structures that dismantle financial barriers to property ownership.
