Nigerian airline operator Air Peace is set to launch its Abuja-London route soon, according to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo.
Keyamo made the announcement on Thursday during an appearance on Channels Television’s Politics Today programme. He revealed that he has given approval for Air Peace to expand its London route to include flights from Abuja.
Air Peace recently started its Lagos-Gatwick flights, receiving praise from many Nigerians for its service.
The commencement of the Lagos-London route by Air Peace led to a reduction in prices by other airlines. This prompted the owner of Air Peace, Allen Onyema, to allege an international conspiracy.
