It’s no longer news that the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has declared his intention to contest for the office of the president in 2023.

Amaechi, a former governor of Rivers State, made the declaration in his verified Facebook page.

“I stand before you today to declare my intention and submit my application to serve as your next President.#RiversAPC#”.

However, many Nigerians are of the opinion that his journey to Aso Rock may not even take off as an audio him mocking Buhari started gathering momentum online.
