This highly anticipated two-day event promises attendees a blend of masterclasses, vibrant runway shows, exhibitions, and trendy streetwear collections, providing an experience of style and beauty in a revitalised format.
This year’s lineup features international icons in the fashion industry, such as Lulu Kennedy, Patricia Bright, Sheika Daley, and Ted Gibson, along with renowned African designers Ninie, Moyo Africa, Ibilola Ogundipe, Lohye, Jewel Jamila, and Elpis Megalio.
Together, they represent a global standard of innovation and creativity that defines GTCO Fashion Weekend’s commitment to uplifting African fashion on the world stage.
Group Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Trust Holding Co PLC, Segun Agbaje, shared that GTCO Fashion Weekend’s primary mission is to promote enterprise and support small businesses while showcasing African creativity globally.
He highlighted how the event tells stories of heritage, culture, and identity through fashion, establishing it as a platform for economic empowerment within the industry.

Kicking off on Saturday, 9 November, the masterclass sessions will feature Lulu Kennedy, a celebrated fashion editor, who will discuss “Incubating Talent: Supporting the Next Generation.”
Fashion influencer Patricia Bright will then explore the theme “Style, Influence + Everything in Between: Creating Your Online World.”
Both sessions are crafted to inspire and inform, providing valuable insights into the fashion world for emerging talent and industry insiders alike.
On Sunday, the masterclasses continue with Sheika Daley, an acclaimed makeup artist, who will delve into “A Maestro in the World of Celebrity Makeup Artistry.”
Ted Gibson, a Hollywood hair icon, will follow, sharing his expertise on “Iconic Hair: The Hollywood Story.”
These sessions promise attendees an inside look into the artistry behind some of the world’s most celebrated celebrity looks.
