The entire Agege and its environs were shaken to the brim on Easter Monday the 1st of April, 2024 when the Iyalaje Oodua Worldwide, Princess Dr. Amb. Toyin Kolade, the chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Fisolak Global Resources and charismatic wife of amiable Custom Comptroller Prince Kayode Kolade led other dignitaries and guests to the grand opening/commissioning of The Prime Place, a highflying, well-equipped lounge, bar and car wash strategically situated on Iju Road in Agege, Lagos State.

The Iyalaje Oodua, an ambassador of global peace and Yoruba culture was warmly welcome by the brain behind this exclusive lounge and car wash, Akintunde Akinpelu, a renowned pen pusher, astute journalist and media entrepreneur who doubles as the publisher of globally renowned Prime Events International Magazine.

The magnificent and glamorous Iyalaje was accompanied by her entourage to the event. Also on hand to celebrate with Akinpelu and The Prime Place crew were family, friends, media colleagues including Funmi Olowosegun of Buzznews Magazine, Sunday Adeyemi of Society Herald Magazine, Seun Fabiyi of Bethnews Media, Quadri Olowolagba of High Celebrity Squard Magazine and Bunmi Orija of Newsreel Magazine amongst others.

There were enough to eat and drink sumptuous meals and assorted drinks were supplied to guests who came to felicitate with the addicted entrepreneur, Akintunde Akinpelu who was ably supported by his lovely wife Mrs. Yetunde Akinpelu.

Obviously, The Prime Place is indeed a place to visit for clean and steamy car/vehicles wash coupled with being a fantastic relaxation spot where fun seekers and customers would experience an authentic moment of ‘home away from home’ as they sip their best drink brands spiced with assorted barbecue, asun, pepper soup, shawarma etc. The Prime Place, indeed guarantees an unbeatable experience.
