Ijebu Ode High Court has issued an order instructing the Ogun State Government to maintain the status quo and refrain from interfering with DATKEM Plaza, a property belonging to the wife of the former governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, until the resolution of the ongoing legal dispute.
Recall Freelanews reports how the Dapo Abiodun-led government began demolition of the property scheduled for commissioning at the end of September, 2023 around 3am last Sunday morning.
The management of the plaza had filed a substantive matter before the court, seeking to stop the government from further destruction of the property.
