Sources indicate that a “gentleman’s agreement” is in place, confirming Lookman’s imminent departure, despite a near-transfer a year ago. While his next destination remains undisclosed, discussions surrounding his future have intensified following his impressive performances in Serie A.

Lookman’s stellar form is further highlighted by his current position at the top of the Serie A player ratings, alongside Nico Paz of Como. Based on evaluations from players who have featured in at least 19 matches, Lookman boasts an average score of 6.52.

His top-tier performance has undoubtedly increased interest from clubs across Europe, fueling speculation about his next move. The player’s decision to leave Atalanta comes as he continues to make a significant impact in the Italian league, showcasing his talent and contributing to his team’s success.
