Peter Obi, former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has expressed his unwavering support for Alhaji Aliko Dangote amidst recent media reports of Dangote’s frustrations with his investments in Nigeria.

Dangote had recently voiced disappointment over the difficulties he faces with his business ventures, with some of his peers now mocking him for continuing to invest in the country despite the challenges.

In a heartfelt response, Obi reassured Dangote that his decision to invest in Nigeria was indeed the right one. Obi acknowledged the obstacles Dangote has encountered but stressed that such challenges are a part of the journey towards national development and progress.

He drew parallels from his own experiences in public service, noting that despite significant personal losses and ongoing difficulties, his commitment to contributing positively to Nigeria remains steadfast.

Obi urged Dangote to persevere, highlighting that service to humanity, though fraught with challenges, is ultimately for the greater good.

He reassured Dangote that the current struggles are temporary and encouraged him to stay resilient.

Obi’s message reflects a broader call for unity and perseverance in the face of adversity, with the belief that Nigeria’s long-awaited transformation is achievable.
