The celebration took place as she shared a prayerful note on Facebook thanking God for guidance and strength throughout her personal and political journey.

Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan wrote that she was grateful for grace, growth and courage, asking for continued protection for her family, friends and the people she represents.

The senator also prayed that her path remains aligned with purpose as she continues public service.

A day earlier, Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan highlighted her ongoing contributions to her alma mater, Federal Government College Idoani in Ondo State, where she served as Head Girl in 1997.

She announced that several legacy projects have been facilitated for completion next year, including a 2,000-seat auditorium, a multipurpose hall, staff quarters, solar streetlights and a solar-powered water system.

She noted that the gesture was driven by gratitude rather than politics, stating that her years at the school shaped her discipline, leadership and values.

Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan described giving back to the institution as a responsibility rooted in appreciation.

Her birthday message drew warm responses from supporters and constituents, many of whom celebrated her service and influence.
