Nine passengers abducted along the Emure-Ekiti/Eporo-Owo road in Nigeria on December 21st, 2024, highlighting the ongoing security challenges facing the region

[dropcap]N[/dropcap]ine passengers have been reportedly kidnapped along the Emure-Ekiti/Eporo-Owo road in Ekiti State, Nigeria.

The incident occurred around 6:00 PM on the evening of December 21st, 2024.

The identities of the victims and further details regarding the circumstances of the kidnapping remain unclear at this time.
