Asake unveils tracklist for upcoming album “Lungu Boy”

Afrobeats sensation, Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, is set to release his third studio album, titled “Lungu Boy”.

Mr Money shared the album tracklist that consists of 13 songs and a bonus song called “Fuji Vibe” on his Instagram page.

According to “Basquiat” crooner, the highly anticipated album will be released on Friday, August 9, 2024.

The project features a star-studded lineup of international collaborators, including Nigerian superstar Wizkid, American hip-hop giants Travis Scott, British rappers Stormzy and Central Cee, and Brazilian singer

Asake who is signed to YBNL Nation and Empire Distribution has already started the Lungu Boy tour promotion while he was performing at other places.

In 2022, Asake released his first album Mr Money With The Vibe, and in the year 2023, Asake gained global recognition following the release of his second studio album dubbed Work of Art.

In the same years, Asake made headlines as he shutdown the 20,000-capacity O2 Arena in London, where he dished out magnetic stage performance, causing uncontrolled excitement among his fans.

However, Asake via his official social media pages today released the tracklist of all the songs on the album and he features five international artistes.

Some of the artistes include, Grammy Award winner Wizkid, US rapper Travis Scott, British rappers Stormzy and Central Cee as well as Brazillian singer, Ludmilla.
