Located strategically at Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, along Ogombo Road, the expansive commercial hub is now set for its secondary sale phase.

Dr. Mrs. Olubukola M. Abitoye, the Group Managing Director of Emison Real Estate, the firm responsible for the mall’s construction and space distribution, confirmed the completion and the commencement of secondary sales.

She highlighted the mall’s vast capacity, stating that Ojaja Mall is designed to accommodate hundreds of business owners.

Emison Real Estate, a well-established property firm operating across West Africa, particularly in Nigeria, is known for its global market threshold and reputation for quality, innovation, and strategic delivery of real estate solutions.

The privately owned and managed firm leverages modern techniques and models in development, sales, and purchase of homes and commercial properties.

Dr. Abitoye passionately articulated the vision behind Emison Real Estate: “At Emison Real Estate, you don’t just see people, you see real estates in motion. The brand stands for legacy, value and we promise ownership for those ready to buy. That’s the reason we are calling on smart investors and business owners. This is your chance to own a shop in one of the most strategic locations for visibility, traffic and long term returns.”

Designed with a keen eye for both functionality and aesthetics, Ojaja Mall is more than just a retail space. It features a boutique hotel, creating a unique blend of leisure, entertainment, and hospitality.

The mall offers retail units of varying sizes, catering to diverse business needs, from flagship stores for established brands to smaller units ideal for local enterprises.

Furthermore, Ojaja Mall is designed as a family-friendly destination, including cinemas, dedicated kids’ play areas, and comfortable lounges.

Promising to set new standards for commercial retail spaces, Ojaja Mall is expected to enhance shopping experiences and significantly boost local economic activity.

Its strategic location in a high-traffic area ensures easy accessibility, drawing shoppers from nearby neighbourhoods and beyond.

“Already, limited spaces are available and there are options for secondary market or lease. Ojaja Mall is perfect for retail, service brands and investors. Whether you’re buying to use or buying to earn, Ojaja Mall is your choice,” Dr. Abitoye added, urging interested parties to seize the opportunity.

At Emison Real Estate, you don’t just see people, you see real estates in motion. The brand stands for legacy, value and we promise ownership for those ready to buy.

The Ojaja Mall project is a significant collaboration, being owned by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, and constructed in partnership with Emison Real Estate.

Under the astute leadership of Dr. Olubukola Abitoye, Emison Real Estate operates as a subsidiary of Digital Capital Space, a financial services company with offices in Lagos, Abuja, and surrounding areas.

Dr. Abitoye, a native of Ondo town in Ondo State, Nigeria, is a highly skilled financial specialist with extensive knowledge of the banking and finance sectors.

Her impressive career includes senior-level exposure in international banking and board participation in two non-Nigerian financial organisations.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and a degree in business administration from Charisma University in North America.

Notably, Dr. Abitoye famously spearheaded the creation of Sky Capital Financial and Allied Services Ltd, a financial services company and a fully owned subsidiary of Sifax Group, where she implemented sustainable methods and procedures.

Today, Sky Capital oversees Sifax Group’s interests in banking and non-banking financial services, including three foreign banking subsidiaries in The Gambia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone.

Her leadership at Skye Bank Sierra Leone Limited saw the bank climb from 11th to 6th position (out of 14 banks) in less than two years.

Prior to this, she advanced rapidly through the ranks at Skye Bank PLC (now Polaris Bank Limited) and worked at United Bank for Africa PLC, where she was renowned for revitalising distressed bank branches.

As the current MD/CEO of Digital Space Capital Ltd, Dr. Abitoye’s business acumen and innovation are evident.

The company provides all-in-one financial services in investment banking, asset management, insurance, micro banking, and fintech, with Digikolo, her homegrown digital savings solution, arguably being the second biggest savings app in Nigeria.

She also serves as the CEO of WeBrandIt Ltd, a creative firm managing high-profile outdoor and multi-million-naira media campaigns for leading companies across banking, FMCG, gambling, and telecom industries. Additionally, she owns Eco Cleaning Services Ltd, a reputable cleaning business.
