A man narrates his encounter when he went to attend a colleagues wedding in a RCCG church in Port-Harcourt in a posted tweet. He claimed the ceremony was delayed for 2 hours as the priest refused to wed the couple over their pre-wedding photo.
According to the user with handle @thatPHCboy, the pastor was disgruntled with the couple’s pre-wedding photo that was used for the wedding brochure because the couple were hugging in the photo.
@thatPHCboy shared that couple and their parents had to spend up to two hours pleading with the pastor before he agreed to wed them on the condition that the cover of the brochure will be removed.
The wedding eventually held at noon and guests were given a wedding programme without front and back cover.
