In a candid conversation on The Culture League podcast, the award-winning actress detailed a shocking experience she had during her first on-screen kiss in Nigeria.

Osas disclosed that while she was aware a kiss scene was part of the script, she was caught off guard when her male co-star unexpectedly used his tongue — something they had never discussed prior to filming.

“My first on-screen kiss in Nigeria took me by surprise. I knew the kiss was coming and was prepared, but not for that. In my experience, you don’t put your tongue in someone’s mouth without discussing it,” Osas explained.

She emphasized that such intimate scenes require mutual agreement and clear communication beforehand. Failing to do so, she said, is not only unprofessional but disrespectful.

The actress’s honesty has drawn attention from fans and industry insiders alike, many of whom have praised her for speaking up and advocating for better set etiquette.

Her account highlights the urgent need for stronger boundaries and consent-driven practices in Nollywood film productions — especially in scenes involving physical intimacy.
